SIVA Simple

Our most famous product.  Available for Purchases and Refinances in both ARM’s and HELOC (I/O), the SIVA Simple Program has been compared to most Private Money sources while having rates similar to a Conventional product.  You won’t find a more simplistic program in the Nation and for most scenario’s it’s the only logical alternative to Hard Money.

SIVA Simple is designed for Borrower’s with a good amount of equity and that is the greatest deciding factor in underwriting this product.  There isn’t a minimum Fico score requirement nor employment verification of any kind. Assets are not verified and AVM’s are possible for smaller loan amounts, giving the potential of not requiring an appraisal.  Not only is this the only SIVA Simple product with rates starting in the 4’s in the Nation, it’s also an easier process than most Hard Money transactions.

      • 18 months reserves with VOD addressed to borrower reflecting current balance when Borrower owns at least 1 other property than Subject.
      • 60 months reserves with VOD addressed to borrower reflecting current balance when Borrower does not own any other properties than Subject.
